This product is made to transport meals in insulated trays, plus accompanying beverages, in configurations large enough to serve up to 136 meals per cart. These carts are designed and built to withstand the rigors of correctional handling while insuring the optimum in temperature maintenance

Standard Features:
• Transports 2.5” x 13” x 15” insulated trays

Construction:
• Frame is 1.5” (4cm) square stainless steel tubing
• Bottom shelf frame has four 1.5”(4cm) square tube members and one 1.5”(4cm) angle to provide tow strength integrity
• Top and bottom shelves are constructed of 14-gauge No. 301 stainless steel and are welded to all frame members
• 1”(3cm) diameter stainless steel handle welded directly to the frame
• Four 6” (15cm) diameter polyurethane casters (2 rigid and 2 swivel) are provided
• Strap loops are .25”(.6cm) stainless steel rods welded to the lower frame as strap restraints
• Cutouts permit securing of additional trays, boxes, or beverage containers for transport
• Cart includes three belts with overcenter CAM buckle
