The Auto Friction mount insures against 'dash slide' with a canvas/beanbag construction designed to make your GPS 'stay put'. The mounting system is just part of the package, as this unit also comes with a 12V adapter for easy plug-in to your auto's lighter, and an additional speaker is included with the system as well.
