This heavy-duty oven rack is practical and durable for your kitchen. Constructed of 16 gauge stainless steel and 4" swivel casters, this oven rack is offered with spacing between pan slides of 4". The 69.8" rack height is compatible with any roll-in retarder with a standard 70" door height as well as all Baxter Proofing Cabinets and Retarder/Proofers.

Construction:
• 16 gauge stainless steel.
• Casters are 4" swivel type, with life-time lubricated wheel bearings.
• Rated for 515 degrees F, 500 lbs. each.

Capacity:
• Designed for (15)18" x 26" pans but also holds 5-on bread strap pans (allow +/- 2" between finished products for best results).

Rack Will Fit Into:
• Roll-in Retarders with 70" door height and all Baxter proofers and retarder/proofers

Single Side Load 5-on Bread Pan Capacity:
• 2 of 1 lb., 5-on bread pans per slide
• 1 of 1-1/2 lb., 5-on break pans per slide
