Roll-In Food Service Oven Rack - 13 Slides

For use in single rack oven.
Features
• Versatile: Used for cooking and baking, the Foodservice rack holds sheet and hotel pans.
• Construction: Assembled stainless steel with special laser-cut shelves create a more precise and sanitary fit for hotel pans.
• Casters: 4" swivel type, with life-time lubricated wheel bearings. Rated for 515 degree F, 250 lbs. each.
• Capacity: The rack has 13 slides with 4.7" spacing (slide surface to slide surface)
Accommodates the following pans:
26 hotel pans sized 12" x 20" x 4" deep (12 qt.)
26 hotel pans sized 12" x 20" x 2" deep (8 qt)
13 bun pans sized 18" x 26"
• Can be used in roll-retarders with 70" (177.8 cm) door height and all Baxter proofers.
