Companion Holding Cabinet - WITH ROLL-IN CART - 1220
Features:
- HALO HEAT ... a controlled, uniform heat source gently surrounding food for better appearance, fresh-cooked taste, and longer holding life.
- Roll-In Pan Cart (trolley) is designed for maximum capacity and is completely interchangeable with the Combitherm Combination Oven/Steamer electric model 1220 or gas model 1020, and the Alto-Shaam QuickchillerTM QC-50.
- Up to twenty-four full-size pans or twelve sheet pans.
- Accommodates European gastronorm 1/1 and 2/1 pans.
- Available in a stationary or mobile cabinet design.
- Motionless air inside cabinet prevents transfer of flavors, retains more product moisture, and preserves color.
- Close temperature tolerance, along with even heat distribution, maintains an ideal serving temperature throughout the cabinet.
- Adjustable, electronic thermostat with digital display, to monitor inside air temperature.
- Uses one-third to one-half the energy of conventional holding equipment.
- Non-magnetic stainless steel interior resists corrosion.
COMPANION HOLDING CABINET features all stainless steel construction with window door. The cabinet includes one (1) magnetic door handle with positive latch. The cabinet is controlled with one (1) ON/OFF power switch; and an adjustable, electronic thermostat which includes a heat indicator light, temperature set button, and temperature increase and decrease buttons. The thermostat has a range of 60 to 200F (16 to 93C) and includes a digital display indicating the air temperature within the cabinet. Each holding cabinet is furnished with one (1) Roll-In Pan Cart (trolley) which features removable handle, pan support rails to hold full-size pans, and wire shelves for sheet pans. Cart includes two (2) rigid casters and two (2) swivel casters with brake.
Model 1220MW is supported by four (4) heavy duty casters, 2 rigid and 2 swivel with brake, for complete mobility both with and without the roll-in cart.
Model 1220W is supported by four (4) heavy duty equipment legs for stationary installation.
